Treadwell began his career in the insurance industry in 2001 at family-owned Treadwell and Harry Insurance Agency. After Treadwell and Harry Insurance Agency was sold to USI, Inc. of Tennessee in 2007, Treadwell continued to work at USI until joining Boyle Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2010.
